The Meridian Pavilion is a small cultural stage set within a public park. Its board-formed concrete shell is deliberately mute by day, so the building's character arrives at dusk when a continuous band of teal light traces the seam between wall and roof.
Inside, a flexible hall hosts talks, performances and exhibitions. The section is simple — one room, one roof, one horizon of light — but every junction is resolved to the millimetre, giving the space a quiet, inevitable presence.
